Huawei Ascend
Huawei Ascend has 3.50 inches, Multi-touch Capacitive screen powered by 600 MHz processor. It is the one of the cheapest android phone with $ 150 with Criket Network. Being cheap at price it has Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, all the smartphone features which you expect from high end mobile phones.
