At Barcelona, MWC '11, info regarding the next version of Android was made by Google’s CEO Eric Schnidt.
At Mobile World Congress(MWC) 2011, Eric told delegates that they are going to combine both Honeycomb with Gingerbread to form Ice Cream, the next android version after Honeycomb.
He also said that, Google would move to a more regular system of updates coming every six months.
