Recently some of the high end droid users have found a new tab added to their android market which fueled that some thing in android market is at cook.
So the cook was true :P, as we may see new and improved android market in the coming weeks or by the end of this month for devices running android v1.6 +.

Another significant change is the return-for-refund window for apps. Currently, users have 24 hours from the time they purchase an app to return it for a full and unconditional refund. With the Market update, that window will be decreased to 15 minutes.
