Google is trying to come to the rescue with a new Gmail feature announced Tuesday called Priority Inbox, which monitors your messages and tries to organize your inbox based on a number of criteria, like how often you correspond with a particular sender.
Google explains that the first thing Priority Inbox does is split your inbox into three sections: "important and unread," "starred" and "everything else."
"Important" messages are judged to be the most significant, and sit at the top of your Gmail window. Next is the "starred" area, the messages you say are important. Finally, "everything else" includes those messages that can probably be dealt with later, or completely ignored -- the ones that aren't quite spam, but don't need to clutter up your screen or your brain right now.

Engadget receives pic of T-Mobile HTC G2 from Anonymous
Few days ago T-Mobile put up a teaser site for the upcoming HTC G2 smartphone and now Tech site Engadget has received photos of the phone out in the wild.
The new device, which is the T-Mobile branded version of the HTC Vision, features a slide-out keyboard just like the original T-Mobile G1. The G2 will also be the first phone to run on T-Mobile’s new HSPA+ network, which theoretically has speeds that can rival 4G.

An Android app named State Farm, texts while you drive.
State Farm Insurance Company is updating its application for Android with a widget that will do your texting for you, sort of. The On the Move widget is essentially an SMS auto-responder that will intercept incoming text messages and automatically reply with a response.
After loading the app, users are able to compose and save their automated responses. Although the widget is primarily designed for use while in a moving vehicle, multiple responses can be saved and used for different situations or moods.

Tech Radar UK multiple source confirms that Honeycomb will be the successor of Gingerbread
This news is as sweet as honey lol........
Multiple sources to TechRadar have confirmed that the next version will be called Honeycomb, although details of what they got may not be real afterall.
It's likely that it will be more of an incremental upgrade, in the same manner as Android 2.2 (Froyo) was to Android 2.1 (Éclair) as Google seeks to perfect the new platform on tablets and high-end smartphones.
That means Android Honeycomb will probably be Android 3.1 or Android 3.2, rather than a leap to the unimaginable magic of Android 4.0.
